Executive - Sustainability (Based at MAS Sleekline - Nittambuwa) The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. As a unified platform, the Activewear Value Stream combines global scale, speed and technical expertise, positioning MAS as a trusted partner for innovative, performance and lifestyle apparel.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop the LRP (Long Range Plan) for the plant, based on the company’s environmental strategy.  * Meeting and maintaining environmental standards as required by MAS and customers (eg: ES Calibration Tool, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, Higg, ICS) continuously and consistently. *  Liaise with legal authorities and external stakeholders such as BOI, Sustainable Energy Authority (SEA), Central Environmental Authority (CEA) with regard to environmental sustainability regulatory requirements and other activities.     KEY REQUIREMENTS  * Graduates in Engineering/Environmental Science/Facilities Management/Physical Sciences or other relevant Qualification. *  2‐3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across teams  * Excellent proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently. * Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations that convey ideas clearly and professionally.  
Responsibilities
The role involves developing the Long Range Plan for the plant based on the company's environmental strategy and ensuring continuous compliance with environmental standards required by MAS and customers. This includes liaising with legal authorities and external stakeholders regarding sustainability regulations.
