In search for Excellence, John Keells Logistics (Pvt) Ltd (JKLL), a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC, is a leading Integrated Logistics Services Provider with over 12 years of experience in operating and managing Multi User Logistics fulfillment centers, Diverse transport fleets, Temperature controlled logistics and Supply chain consultancy services spanning across multiple industry verticals.What you need to do: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering an excellent candidate experience. Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates through strategic sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives. Develop and execute strategies to position the company as an employer of choice through job fairs, social media, and industry events. Design and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires and familiarize them with company policies and culture. Partner with HR and leadership to create job descriptions, plan workforce needs, and address hiring challenges. Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards while keeping up with market trends to enhance recruitment effectiveness. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring, preferably within the garment or manufacturing sector. Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Application Tracking Systems (ATS). Ability to collaborate effectively with operation team. Awareness of labor laws, recruitment best practices, and market trends.
