Job Responsibilities * **Strategic Talent Sourcing:** Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active executive candidates within the Southeast Asian market, utilizing a variety of channels including executive search firms, professional networks, industry events, and direct outreach. * **End-to-End Recruitment Management:** Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive-level positions, from initial requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding support, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. * **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner closely with C-suite executives, senior leadership, and HR business partners across various Hitachi business units in SEA to understand their talent needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and provide strategic guidance on market trends and talent availability. * **Candidate Assessment & Evaluation:** Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications against job requirements and company culture, and present comprehensive candidate summaries to hiring managers, facilitating informed hiring decisions. * **Market Intelligence & Research:** Continuously monitor the executive talent landscape in SEA, providing insights on competitive intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and industry trends to inform recruitment strategies. * **Relationship Management:** Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with executive candidates, maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future leadership needs. * **Employer Branding:** Act as an ambassador for Hitachi, effectively communicating the company's value proposition and culture to attract and engage executive talent. * **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in executive hiring. * **Diversity & Inclusion:** Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the executive recruitment process, ensuring a broad and equitable candidate pool. Job Qualifications * **Experience:** Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in executive talent acquisition, with a significant focus on recruiting senior leadership roles within multinational corporations, preferably in the technology, industrial, or infrastructure sectors. * **Regional Expertise:** Proven track record of successfully recruiting executive talent across multiple Southeast Asian countries.
