We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services. Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence Co-ordination with all EY resource for EY trainings, Attendance submission, reimbursement claims, ensuring timely timesheet submissions 2. Managing and tracking all task based KPI’s carried out by the resources 3. Reviewing and training the resources whenever necessary 4. One point contact for client on all EY based communication, Onboarding, Exit Formalities, and other related tasks 5. Managing variable payment for all resources 6. MIS management for Key Business KPI’s and tracking the data based on the Task based KPI 7. Driving all qualitative parameters for the client, Credit, and ops FTR, PDD collection and submission to Operations team, reducing discrepancies 8. SPOC to manage all physical agreements with the resources and replenishing the stock by coordinating with client 9. Data management and collation from all resources. Lost deal Analysis, Pipeline cases Tracking and reporting to Client on a Daily, Weekly/Monthly basis 10. Training and aligning with the any new joinee’s on client process and systems Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualification Master of Business Administration Experience Project Management (6+ years) What we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
