Executive – Technical (MAS Unichela - Panadura) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. The value stream portfolio includes Victoria’s Secret, Calvin Klein, Marks & Spencer, Triumph, Speedo and Aerie. Positioned as a global centre of excellence, the Bodywear Value Stream combines advanced product innovation, technology-led solutions and operational scale to meet evolving consumer expectations across intimate and swim categories. Key Responsibilities: * Participate in the Tech pack meeting/Sewing Meeting along with the required team to identify the most effective method of pattern constructions. * Check and verify the accuracy of patterns against the given samples as to ensure all the technical issues are identified and addressed. * Ensure patterns are graded accurately according to the customer specifications and participate for the fit sessions and adhere to the fit protocols. * Check the accuracy of the patterns are created in alignment with the design intent and according to the pattern creation process upon receipt of the tech pack as to ensure that no pattern issues are transmitted to the bulk production process. Knowledge and Skills: * A Degree in Textile Engineering from a recognized university.  * 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity. * Strong background in apparel production.  * Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
The role involves participating in technical meetings to determine effective pattern construction methods and verifying pattern accuracy against samples. The executive will also ensure patterns are graded correctly according to customer specifications and participate in fit sessions to maintain quality standards.
