Executive - Technical (Based at Silueta - Biyagama) Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAS Holdings, specialises in no-sew bonding technology and advanced thermal moulding capabilities. Silueta provides seamless, high-performance designs for categories such as intimate wear and sportswear, offering premium apparel solutions crafted for both comfort and performance. Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining Silueta as an Intern - Quality Assurance based at Biyagama to follow through styles for production from the handover from development team to pre - production meeting. Coordinate with Garment Technologists and Pattern Technologists where needed, if production issues arise. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Understand the risk level of the product at product validation stage and give inputs to the development team. * Follow the PP (Pre-Production) schedule and observe TLT (Test Lot Trial). Highlight challenges and improvements   * Follow the PP schedule and participate TLT feedback meeting and give observed improvements and challenges * Conduct integration meeting, take ownership of the product and integrate the product at production environment with relevant team. * Participate and conduct PP meetings, evaluate Teck pack is ready to proceed bulk, check all requirement to proceed the pilot run, monitor and transfer knowledge for bulk team. * Conduct pilot Feedback meeting and give appraisal to proceed the bulk * Monitor first 3 days Efficiency, P2P (Point to Point), FTT (First Time Through) of the new product. * Conduct productivity improvement project and give update to manager.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * A Degree in Textile Engineering, Physical Science or a related field. * Or a Diploma in Textile or Apparel Technology with a minimum of two years of relevant industry experience. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
