In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Prodata Systems Sdn Bhd Job Description Main Responsibilities To assist and support in Telco project planning, monitoring, and overseeing daily on-site activities, including preparing and managing all related technical documentation with customer. This role also supports the sales team in managing revenue targets by assisting with customer service, sales operations, and administrative coordination, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. List of responsibilities 1. Assist and support the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and overseeing daily on-site project activities. 2. Manage, coordinate, and ensure successful completion of project implementations according to agreed schedules, tasks, and standards. 3. Collaborate closely with vendors and service providers to ensure all project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met. 4. Perform analysis, validation, and consolidation of reports in collaboration with telecommunication service providers, and MCMC. 5. Support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, documentation, and service requests related to Telco project deliveries 6. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and reports to support sales operations. 7. Track and follow up on project status, deliverables, and billing readiness to ensure timely completion and revenue recognition. 8. Maintain communication with customers to ensure service satisfaction and address technical or administrative concerns. 9. Support the Project Manager in preparing all documentation required for billing, invoicing, and project closure. 10. Support communication between project stakeholders and management to ensure alignment on milestones and deliverables.
