Position name - Executive Terminal Operations Department - Operations Location - DP World Multimodal Logistics Hyderabad Pvt Ltd No. 04 - 16, Thimmapur, Kothur Mandal, Ranga Reddy Dist., Telangana- 509 325 Key Responsibilities Unloading  Before starting the unloading the operations check the safety parameters i.e wooden chokes, do the unlashing properly, lifting gears are ok, and appropriate equipment as per the cargo weight, etc.  Once Rake is placed proper survey of rake and Update to documentation team if any mismatch, damage along with Photos.  Follow the unloading SOP of cargo  Any unsafe conditions, use the SWA process  Any visual damages or quantity/quality mismatch should be immediately reported with photographic evidence to the team lead and reporting manager respectively Loading  Before starting the loading activity the below checkpoints to be complied 1. Truck loading capacity is not less than the loading plan 2. Pre saddling of Dunnages as per centre of gravity 3. Trailer bed clean and without any damages  Deploy appropriate equipment as per the cargo  Make sure the loading unloading equipment complied all NO GO items  Complete the loading and then move the truck to the nearest lashing point  Report Hazard and other interactions  Ensure work done by contractor as per SOP.  To comply with all the standards related to Health, Safety and Environment system as per DP World standards  Work as a team for attainment of common objectives.  Attain and maintain shift productivity  Optimal utilization of equipment and resources.  Ensure safety procedures are followed in all operations.  Co-ordinate with contractors and customers to ensure delivery of timely service.  Motivate and guide shift employees for attaining set objectives.  Co-ordinate with terminal duty superintendent for transportation  Use SWA when see any unsafe act, encourage downline staff to follow the same to build DPW standard safety culture. Discuss about take time take charge in TBTs.  Monitoring staff (including contract staff) working hours, daily TBTs with them, Clarify & supervise their work (SOP)

Responsibilities

Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo at rail and inland terminals while ensuring strict adherence to safety parameters and SOPs. Coordinate with contractors and customers to maintain shift productivity and optimal resource utilization.
