Why You Will Love this Job: Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Total Rewards Administrator to support the operational execution of compensation and benefits programs across Europe and Asia. Based in India, this role will play a key part in maintaining data accuracy, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless employee experience for a diverse workforce of approximately 4,000 employees. Key Responsibilities Compensation Operations Support the administration of annual compensation cycles including merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity grants. Maintain and update compensation data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and compensation analytics. Benefits Administration Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and communications across multiple countries in collaboration with local HR teams and vendors. Manage benefits documentation, invoicing, and reconciliation processes. Respond to employee queries related to benefits policies and procedures in a timely and professional manner. Data Management & Reporting Ensure data integrity across HRIS and Total Rewards platforms. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on compensation, benefits, and headcount metrics. Support compliance reporting and documentation for internal and external audits. Process Documentation & Improvement Maintain and update standard operating procedures for Total Rewards processes. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline administrative workflows. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of Total Rewards programs. Assist in the development and distribution of Total Rewards communications and training materials. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably in compensation and benefits. Familiarity with European and Asian labor markets and benefits practices is a plus. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
