Position name - Executive Transport Operations Department - Operations Location - DP WORLD MULTIMODAL LOGISTICS PVT. LTD., NH-69 Near Powarkheda Railway Station, Biaora, District Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh -461111 Position reports to - Manager Transport Operations Primary Objectives - 1. Driver management 2. Planning of Vehicle Maintenance. 3. Vehicle Documentation. 4. Organize safety training for drivers. 5. Reduction of operation and maintenance cost Key responsibilities 1. Ensure proper maintenance of trailers to improve their uptime. 2. Co-ordinate with all stakeholders for faster maintenance of trailers and ensuring proper documentation. 3. Responsible for planning and timely completion of scheduled maintenance i.e. preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance etc. 4. Follow up with Concerned authority and ensure timely compliance of all vehicles. 5. Ensuring that all operational KPIs are achieved. 6. Quick response to attend enroute breakdown vehicles and physically checking of all vehicles with record to ensure 100% compliance. 7. Driver selection and deployment with 100% compliance viz., Valid Driver Licence, experience, credentials etc ; Proper handover/ takeover the vehicle while change of Drivers; Maintenance of Driver attendance and verify the driver salary sheet and enroute expenses; enforcing good industry practices including safety 8. Ensure all documents of the vehicles are available with driver. Renewals of fitness, Pollution, Road Tax, Insurance etc are always all valid and UpToDate. And keep the record of vendor vehicle. Documentation with Insurance Companies for Claim settlements etc. 9. Monitoring of usage and life of consumables viz., record of tyres, battery, AdBlue, daily routine maintenance work. Buying spare parts, tyre, battery from vendor and MKT with best negotiated price, Replace the part and service under AMC and warranty. 10. Periodic training of Drivers to cover all drivers at least once in a year. Qualifications & Competencies • Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written. • Qualification – Graduate / Experience - Minimum -5 years. • To have very good knowledge of word, excel & PPT as well as software

Responsibilities

Manage driver deployment and vehicle maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and operational compliance. Oversee vehicle documentation, safety training, and the procurement of spare parts to reduce operational costs.
