Adhere to Credit Guidelines while processing applications  2. Maintain decisioning accuracy levels as per agreed SLA to maintain portfolio quality  3. Perform decisioning of applications within defined TAT 4. Ensure timely rectification of errors highlighted by monitoring team  5. Perform process documentation and compliance adherence Measures of Success  1. Decisioning Accuracy % 2. Daily Productivity targets (Throughput, TAT) 3. Process adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications Understanding of credit policy framework Competencies critical to the role 1. Detail Orientation 2. Process Orientation 3. Verbal and written communication 4. Analytical Ability Qualification  Graduate in any discipline Preferred Industry BFSI
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is accurately performing manual credit decisioning for assigned applications within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT) and strictly adhering to Credit and compliance guidelines. This includes maintaining high decisioning accuracy levels to ensure portfolio quality and timely rectification of any monitoring team-highlighted errors.
