Premier Truck Group is looking for a dynamic leader to assume the role of Executive Vice President of Fixed Operations. This position is crucial within our executive leadership team, focusing on the efficient and profitable management of the Service, Parts, and Collision departments while driving the company’s strategic vision. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business operations, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other executives to achieve organizational success.

EVP of Fixed Operations Responsibilities:

  • Champion of Premier Truck Group ONE Network Executing.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure operational efficiency across all fixed operations.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set and meet corporate goals.
  • Lead and mentor department heads and senior managers.
  • Monitor company performance and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Drive growth initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Forecasts goals and objectives for the Service, Parts, and Collision departments and strives to meet them
  • Maintains reporting systems.
  • Monitors the performance of the departments using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys.
  • Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect fixed operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know.
  • Ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
  • Accounts for documents; ensures none are missing and are processed correctly.
  • Fosters professional employee development and coordinates with department managers to determine training needs.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with other departments.
  • Facilitates and/or conducts training on proper techniques, policies, regulations, and best practices and recommends employees to appropriate training as needed.
  • Follows lawful directions from supervisors.
  • Follows the Company Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.

EVP of Fixed Operations Qualification and Skills:

  • Proven track record in managing large teams and driving business growth..
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience in a senior management position.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Strong understanding of fixed operations and industry trends.
