We are seeking a highly capable and people-focused Executive Vice President (EVP) of Operations to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee the majority of the organization’s operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, customer service, and overall P&L accountability. With six direct reports and broad organizational reach, the EVP will play a critical role in building the systems, culture, and discipline needed to take the company from a $12M operation to its next stage of growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing, production, supply chain, quality, and customer service functions.
  • Own full P&L accountability, ensuring financial discipline, operational efficiency, and alignment with company growth goals.
  • Develop, implement, and track company-wide KPIs to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of six direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and empowerment.
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the company’s long-term operational strategy, including expansion into U.S.-based manufacturing.
  • Ensure best-in-class customer service standards and operational execution to meet customer expectations in both the medical and tactical/body armor markets.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Engineering and Product Development to ensure smooth product introduction and manufacturing readiness.
  • Make hiring, development, and performance management decisions, in collaboration with the CEO during the early transition period.
  • Maintain a balance between high-level strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in daily operations when necessary.
