Are you a strategic leader with a passion for sales, business development, and driving innovation in manufacturing?
We are seeking an Executive Vice President of Sales to lead global sales efforts, forge strong client partnerships, and champion sustainability across our operations.
As a key member of our Global Leadership Team, the Executive Vice President of Sales will drive our worldwide sales strategy and lead business development initiatives within our matrix organization. You will balance centralized strategy with local sales team coordination while actively engaging with key accounts and focusing on new customer acquisition to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of our global sales strategy and organizational transformation
Accelerate business growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of product portfolio
Enhance sales predictability, transparency, and efficiency through process development and clear KPIs
Build and maintain strategic customer relationships at executive level
Foster a high-performance sales culture across global teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and production teams to deliver customer solutions
Contribute strategic insights to executive leadership and guide decision-making
Key Qualifications
Master’s degree in business or related field (MBA preferred) with 10+ years in senior B2B sales leadership positions
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and revenue growth in industrial environments
Technical understanding of manufacturing processes with solution-selling expertise
Experience building high-performing sales organizations with effective processes and KPIs
Strategic mindset with ability to contribute as an executive team member and business developer
International experience managing multicultural teams in matrix organizations
Ability to lead and develop comprehensive processes and systems
Data-driven decision-making approach with business intelligence experience
Adaptable, results-oriented leader who effectively adjusts strategies to achieve growth targets and secure new business in changing market conditions
