This position allows for flexible location options, including remote work for the right candidate. \n Accountabilities: Lead and mentor senior project management leaders, driving accountability and performance across multiple divisions. Define and execute enterprise-wide project management strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives. Oversee large-scale, multi-site programs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of brand implementation projects. Manage P&L responsibility for assigned divisions, setting and achieving revenue, margin, and operational targets. Develop and monitor KPIs for project performance, client satisfaction, and cost efficiency. Partner with executive leadership on long-term planning, acquisitions integration, and enterprise initiatives. Identify and mitigate project risks while capitalizing on opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of senior leadership experience in project management, operations, or related fields. Proven experience in multi-site rollout programs, signage, brand maintenance, or similar customer-facing project environments. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of building high-performing teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational excellence and measurable business results. Expertise in project management methodologies and tools; PMP certification is a plus.
