PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, OR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to multitask efficiently
Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.)
Problem-Solver with a Proactive Attitude – Able to take initiative and work independently
Strong Time Management Skills – Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Manage Schedules & Appointments – Organize meetings and keep calendars updated
Handle Email & Communication – Respond to messages in both Italian and English
