Description

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the warehouse • Ensure proper documentation and record management • Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and utilities. • Ensure high uptime of material handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse infrastructure. • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. • Manage site-level vendors (security, housekeeping, pest control, transport). • Monitor SLAs and service quality. • Process vendor billing and cost tracking • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. • Control facility budgets, monitor utility consumption, and optimize costs. • Lead facility improvement, expansion, and automation support projects. • Maintain emergency response and business continuity plans. • Track admin-related expenses against budget • Coordinate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

The executive will oversee daily warehouse administrative and facility operations, including maintenance of infrastructure and material handling equipment. They are also responsible for managing site-level vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and controlling facility budgets.
