Executive - Work Study Unichela (Private) Limited - Panadura Division (Mawathagama) MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. With design hubs in Hong Kong, London, and Sri Lanka, and manufacturing facilities across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, and Kenya, it offers a diverse product portfolio, including bras, briefs, shapewear, performance wear, sleepwear, and wearable tech. Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and an energetic individual to join the Industrial Engineering team as an Executive Work Study to Improve manufacturability by standardizing both machine & method, with the product development team using PPA process, chassis & autonomation. Key Responsibilities: Continuously look for automation options to de-skill the operation at Pre-Production stage. Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines available for production. Engage with the Machine Design & Development engineer & Autonomation Engineer to identify autonomation opportunities to reduce operational SMV. Engage with internal & external suppliers to ensure all the required automated solutions are available at all respective plants for productions. Be on alert for abnormalities in shop floor and engage in resolving them. Adhere to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents. Align with projects relating to MOS (MAS Operating System) to achieve the required standards. Knowledge and Skills: Basic Engineering Degree. GSD License certification. Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset. Knowledge on industrial engineering. 2 years of experience in manufacturing plant.
