The analyst is responsible for proactively reviewing the accuracy of the reports, monitoring of results, tracking of all initial requested background investigation conducted by 3rd Party Vendor Should possess the ability to assess information of observed background investigation results Reviews and analyzes on-going and completed BI cases for compliance accordingly with company and process requirement. Sends BI updates to operations/line compliance. Applies problem solving techniques to ensure accurate and BI cases are completed accordingly Communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner Communicate effectively and efficiently to all parties involved: Vendors, Business HR, Operations, and Process Compliance in obtaining information needed of BI cases for timeliness and accuracy, assistance to complete the background check investigations EXL (NASDAQ: EXLS) is a leading data analytics and digital operations and solutions company.
