Minimum Requirements: * Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of experience in training coordinator role within any industry, preferably utilities and infrastructure industry or * Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of experience in any voice operations or a blended process role * Candidate should be conversationally fluent in English and be able to read and write clearly and concisely. * Candidate should at least be a graduate * Preference will be given to candidates with experience in training identification, assignment, and coordination Desired Skills and Knowledge * Minimum of 2 years’ demonstrable experience in a training coordination role, ideally within construction, civils, or multi-utility sectors.
