Description
TecMasters Inc. requires an Exercise Director to coordinate and schedule exercise in support of training events for Officers, Warrant Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers, and Soldiers training at the Mission Simulations Center (MSC), Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE). Personnel must have: * A bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of related experience, including more than three years serving in Team/Project Manager leadership roles.  * Three years’ experience managing, planning, and directing training events utilizing constructive simulations in support of the Military Decision Making and Planning Process (MDMP). * Three years’ experience applying simulations, simulators, models, and gaming systems for both training and educational purposes. This includes linking C4I applications and mission command systems with the Division Exercise Training and Review System (DXTRS), JLCCTC Version 8.1, and JLCCTC-ERF simulation environments in support of division-level training exercises. * One years’ experience using the most recent version of Microsoft Operating System (e.g.. Win 7 / 10/ 11), Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Microsoft Office 365), and other common desktop applications such as Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to quickly learn unique applications. * One years’ experience conducting After Action Reviews in a Constructive Simulations environment. Personnel will: * Coordinate with customers to schedule and plan simulated training events conducted by Officers, Warrant Officers, NCOs, and Soldiers attending training at the FCoE.  * Develop and maintain contractor training schedules IOT provide simulations support for the exercises.  * Coordinate with customers to provide tactical products (OPORDs, FRAGOs, briefing, etc.) to support the development of training scenarios.  * Maintain operator level proficiency in the following Mission Command Systems: Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS), Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD), and Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI).).  * Maintain operator level proficiency in the following Simulations: Extensible C4I Instrumentation Suite (ExCIS), Meta VR / MUSE, and Division Exercise Training & Review System (DXTRS).  * Support the fielding and training of any new simulations fielded by Program Executive Office – Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO-STRI) and/or the National Simulations Center (NSC) into MSC operations. * Perform the duties of the Site Lead as required. * Provide technical training and guidance in the use of the listed Mission Command or Simulation Systems in a tactical environment as directed by the Chief of the MSC,
