Pay & Security

• $32–$36/hr base + Super (12%)
• 17.5% annual leave loading + paid leave entitlements
• Equivalent package: $38–$42/hr incl. super + loading
• Kms reimbursed for client travel — no out-of-pocket driving

What You’ll Get

• Part-time start (10–15 hrs/week, Sept/Oct) → pathway to full-time
• 1:1 mentoring, in-services + quarterly reviews
• $1,000 PD allowance (matched)
• Birthday leave + gym access
• Meaningful caseload — NDIS, WorkCover, DVA, persistent pain, neuro + private (not just EPC churn)
• Travel mostly within 45 minutes of Minchinbury, kms reimbursed
