Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Exercise Physiologist, you will work closely with our experienced physiotherapists to design and deliver targeted exercise programs that support our clients in reaching their rehabilitation and performance goals. You will also lead a variety of group and individual classes, tailored for injury recovery, strength development, and overall wellness.
This is a newly created role within the clinic, and we are in the process of developing a high-quality strength and conditioning space to complement our existing Reformer Pilates studio. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape the exercise physiology services and contribute to the design and setup of the space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with physiotherapists to develop and implement evidence-based exercise programs
  • Deliver a variety of rehab and strength-focused exercise classes to a diverse client base
  • Support the coordination and administration of medical fitness assessments, including VO₂ max testing
  • Monitor client progress and adapt programs to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Contribute to the clinic’s strong CPD culture through regular training and peer learning
  • Educate clients on safe and effective exercise techniques
  • Maintain accurate records and liaise with other team members as needed
