You’ll work across centre‑based and home‑visit services, tailoring programs that make a genuine difference in daily life. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physios, OTs, Dietitians, Social Workers, Podiatrists and Allied Health Assistants—all while having the autonomy to manage your own caseload with realistic productivity expectations. About the role Support from an Exercise Physiology Lead & Clinical Coordinators Mentoring for new graduates and clinicians with 3+ years’ experience Flexibility in days/hours Opportunity to grow community and private caseloads, and run group programs Involvement in multi-disciplinary team meetings, education and student supervision Strong induction program with ongoing supervision Role Requirements Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology + ESSA Accreditation - Essential Strong assessment, treatment and communication skills Experience or interest in aged care and chronic disease management Ability to run group exercise classes Effective time‑management and accurate documentation skills Confidence using smart devices (or willingness to learn) Current Australian Driver's Licence & roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work - Essential Alignment with BlueCare values and practice standards Skills in hydrotherapy, Pilates or Tai Chi Why BlueCare?
