EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Aquacare Physical Therapy & Fitness Forum is looking for a motivated and compassionate Exercise Specialist to join our dynamic clinical team! In this hands-on role, you’ll assist patients in completing individualized exercise programs under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You’ll play a key role in helping patients regain mobility, function, and confidence through safe and effective therapeutic movement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide and assist patients with their prescribed exercise program, under the direction of a physical therapist.
  • Demonstrate exercises safely and clearly to patients.
  • Support daily clinic operations by maintaining a clean and organized treatment environment.
  • Welcome and assist patients with paperwork and outcome measures.
  • Schedule appointments to optimize both patient flow and provider efficiency.
  • Collect copayments and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and redirect clinical questions to appropriate staff when necessary.
  • Pitch in where needed to support team success.
