Description

Hawkins Motor Group are now recruiting, we are a family business established in 1933 and currently employ over 250 staff members and represent 6 brands at 8 locations across Cornwall.
This position is at our St Stephens Dealership near St Austell, we are looking to build further on our successes and have the new position available of Experienced Service Advisor.
This is key role within our busy service department, working closely with our team of Technicians, Service Advisors and Service Manager and dealing with our customers directly.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

You must be able to work both individually and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, be conscientious and systematic, stay positive at all times and have the motivation and determination to impress our customers on every occasion providing the high standards of customer service and care we have set.
Experience as a Service Receptionist/Advisor within the Motor Industry experience or Customer Service Advisor would be an advantage although it is not essential if you can demonstrate the required skills as training will be provided.
A full UK Driving Licence is also essential.
This role is full time and permanent with commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting customers and effectively handling incoming customer service enquiries and service booking visits, calls and emails by creating a friendly and professional impression.
  • To keep our customers updated with the progress of the work required on their vehicle.
  • Ensure all customers are handled with a high level of care in a professional and friendly manner in accordance with Manufacturer and company customer satisfaction policies.
  • To maintain an accurate and efficient schedule of appointments and associated flow of paperwork, data entry and record keeping consistent with manufacturer and company procedures.
  • To maximise customer satisfaction and retention, through the use of a customer follow-up systems.
  • Ongoing Manufacturer training on products, systems and processes to ensure you have the right knowledge to provide a first class service.
