Job Description - Assistance in the preparation and documentation of exhibition materials. - Drafting detailed object descriptions and carefully managing inventory lists. - Management of the logistics of loaning artworks. - Liaising and coordinating with transporters for objects and artworks. - Interfacing and liaising with exhibitors, particularly regarding paperwork and insurance coverage Qualifications - Degree in Art History/Museology/Cultural Management or related field; - At least 2 years of previous experience in international exhibitions (preferably if Fashion); - Excellent knowledge of international art lending, packaging, and transportation procedures; - Availability for business trips; - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills; - Ability to work in a team and under pressure, meeting strict deadlines; - Excellent English knowledge (at least C1 level) as well as Italian speaking (good proficiency); - Knowledge of a third language (French and/or Chinese) is an advantage but optional. Additional Information We will mainly consider applications from freelancer available to work on a project.
