About the Role
Media TreeWorks is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy in the exhibition and event industry. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong business development instincts, a proven sales track record, and an understanding of the creative and technical nuances of exhibition stand design. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to turn leads into lasting client partnerships, we want to hear from you.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales, ideally within exhibitions, events, design, or experiential marketing.
  • Strong Business Development Acumen with a demonstrated ability to close large deals and expand client portfolios.
  • Understanding of Exhibition Stand Design Principles, materials, modular solutions, and on-ground execution.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills – both verbal and written.
  • CRM & Digital Sales Tools Proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Financial Awareness – ability to work with revenue targets, sales forecasts, and cost structures.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
