Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join ACMI as our Exhibitions Team Coordinator and ensure the smooth running of the Exhibitions & Touring teams by providing a range of business administrative and program coordination support to the Director of Exhibitions & Touring. In this role you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to coordinate project information and delivery requirements. You’ll also book travel, coordinate communications and promotional materials. Reporting to the Director of Exhibitions & Touring this is a full-time fixed term parental leave cover position until 6 October 2026.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Demonstrated experience in office management providing administrative and operational support to a variety of teams in either a cultural organisation or service industry.
  • Proven experience monitoring budgets and maintaining associated documentation. Demonstrated ability to conduct research and investigations, prepare reports and correspondence combined with strong organisational skills.
  • Your skills managing multiple deliverables and changing priorities with the initiative to manage complex issues, schedule your work, exercise judgement and work under limited direction.
  • Computer skills - including Microsoft suite of software, Customer Relationship Management software, the Internet, and computer-based office systems, including the development, maintenance and review of office systems and procedures.
