Syngenta Seeds is headquartered in the United States. Job Description Manage and oversee all export and import activities. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards. Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for import and export processes. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities. Resolve issues related to customs clearance and shipping logistics. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. Negotiate with suppliers and customers regarding shipping terms and conditions. Maintain records of all transactions and prepare regular status reports. Experience in dealing with DGFT Licensing, RBI, APEDA, SVB, Free Trade Agreement (FTA), HS Classification, AEO Certification, Export Benefit like DBK and RoDTEP Other Government Agencies like FASSAI, Plant Quarantine Regulations & Phytosanitary Certification Qualifications Graduate / Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain & Logistics, or a related field. At least 10-12 years of experience in export/import operations. In-depth knowledge of international trade laws and customs regulations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
