As an Experienced Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Yeosu, Jeonranam-do, Korea location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction by responding to inbound customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues, processing orders, and driving continuous improvement in customer care processes.
