SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and exhibits the following qualities:

• Practical Abilities: Must have a minimum of 3 months optical experience and retail/customer service experience. Cert IV Dispensing qualification is highly desired, but not essential
• Enthusiasm: Passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting the wider community through eye health
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
• Teamwork: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together

As first point of contact for all customers, our team members:

• Support our Optometrists with pre-testing
• Offer our customers frame styling advice
• Dispense glasses with various lens options
• Build strong rapport and create a memorable customer journey
