MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in after school or background in Education and Youth Development in a supervisory role
• Must have experience in developing, managing, and monitoring large budgets with multiple funding sources.
• Ability to maintain high level professionalism, confidentiality, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Be able to communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders

Above is the pay range for this position that we reasonably expect to pay. Individual compensation is based on various factors including experience/education, skillset, and geographic location

• Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation, supervision and safety of multiple school sites.
• Responsible for fiscal oversight of sites, payroll, human resource management and grant compliance
• Ongoing collaboration and coordination with all stakeholders.
• Promote a safe and positive emotional climate for your team
• Ongoing coaching, training and mentoring of program coordinators
• Maintaining and developing strong partnerships with regional and statewide partners.
