Job Description We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Expansion Manager to join our Auto1 and Autohero Expansion Team. In this role, you will coordinate and execute all activities related to the operational preparation, inauguration, and launch of new branches. Your key goal will be to ensure the timely opening of each location, in line with the planned budget and quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in team and/or project management. Experience in dynamic work environments (such as startups, consulting firms, fast-growing companies, or the automotive sector) is an asset. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong flexibility and attention to detail. Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and numerical skills, along with professional presentation abilities. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Poland.
