ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a highly driven Expansion Manager to expand Tether’s growth and presence in Guatamela, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Panama through adoption of its solutions, products and services. The Expansion Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and navigating regulatory landscapes. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies in Guatamela, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Panama and across the region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional who believes in financial inclusion, digital currencies, and driving innovation in the Latin America financial ecosystem. Occasional international travel is required.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in business development, market expansion, and partnership management.

You have:

  • A degree in Business, Management, or Finance (MBA preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in setting/monitoring KPIs.
  • A proactive, independent, and well-organized approach to work.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • A history of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships.
