As a Expansion Project Manager, you will lead the development of a brand-new production facility that will deliver next-generation, sustainable ingredients to the global market. You will lead the execution of a plant expansion project, translating lab-scale processes into industrial-scale production while ensuring technical, safety, and regulatory standards are met.

THE PERFECT RECIPE OF SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 
  You bring 3+ years of hands-on project management experience, ideally in the production or project-based environment
• 
  You hold a degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 
  You combine technical knowledge with a hands-on mentality
• 
  You keep projects on track, with experience in contract management, documentation, and project controls
• 
  You’re flexible, collaborative, and thrive in fast-changing environments with cross-functional teams
• 
  You’re open to traveling as part of the role between Munich and Dormagen
• 
  Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. German language skills are an advantage
