Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO As an Expansion Strategy Manager, you play a central role in the Global Expansion unit, working closely with the Head of Expansion and the wider Expansion team to shape and drive our long‑term expansion strategy. You combine strategic thinking with a holistic business perspective to identify new opportunities, prioritize initiatives and ensure strong governance, follow‑up and reporting. Translate Group and brand direction into a clear strategy for global and sales market expansion Define strategic ambitions, success measures and a clear roadmap for expansion initiatives Identify, assess and prioritize new business opportunities and growth initiatives Incorporate market insights, analysis and trends to continuously evolve the expansion strategy Establish and drive governance processes, including strategic reviews and quarterly reporting WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll work closely with the Head of Expansion, Expansion team members and stakeholders across the organization.
