Job Code : 2024OPER-257 \n Job Qualifications: Identify and evaluate potential locations for new branches, hubs, or facilities based on business requirements. Conduct market research and feasibility studies, including competitor analysis, demographics, and site potential. Coordinate site visits, surveys, and assessments for prospective locations. Negotiate lease terms and agreements with landlords and property owners in coordination with management and legal teams. Manage the end-to-end expansion process, including planning, execution, and opening activities. Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Facilities, Finance, HR, and Procurement to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders regarding fit-out, renovation, and setup activities. Job Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in expansion, project management, facilities, real estate, or a related field. Experience in logistics, retail, or multi-site operations is preferred. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong project management and organizational skills. \n
