Context Under the overall supervision of the Deputy Chief of Mission (DCOM), the direct supervision of the Programme Support Coordinator, and in coordination with various programmatic units, the Programme Support Officer will assist in the development and implementation of the country office’s (CO) resource mobilization and external liaison functions that respond to new and emerging challenges for IOM Iraq. Tasks will also include project development, reporting and fundraising actions, as well as internal coordination and knowledge management.
