Description

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and Deputy Chief of Mission, and the direct supervision of the Sub Offices Coordinator and with programmatic support from the Programme Managers (Humanitrain, Recovy and Development), the incumbent will be responsible for supporting and coordinating programme functions in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy and Sumy oblasts and programmatic elements, including engagement with external partners, in support of activities implemented by IOM within the area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will coordinate programme functions and support activities across multiple oblasts in Ukraine under the supervision of the Chief of Mission. They will also engage with external partners and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of IOM humanitarian and recovery projects.
