Description
Job Description: Monitor purchase orders, follow up with suppliers and vendors, track order status, and expedite shipments to ensure timely delivery of piping products and industrial materials.
Coordinate local and international shipments, transportation schedules, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth import/export and delivery operations.
Prepare and maintain shipping documents, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs declarations, delivery records, and logistics performance reports.
Resolve shipment delays, delivery discrepancies, and logistical challenges while coordinating with internal departments to improve supply chain efficiency
