What You’ll Do Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of food to guests. Confirm every dish meets presentation and preparation standards before it leaves the kitchen. Review orders for special instructions, dietary needs, and modifications. Communicate guest feedback, concerns, or additional requests to servers and managers. Greet guests warmly and contribute to an outstanding dining experience. Support the front-of-house and back-of-house teams by staying proactive and engaged. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies. Assist with additional duties to help the team and maintain smooth restaurant operations. What We’ll Need From You Ability to carry multiple plates, trays, and beverages safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of your shift. A positive attitude and commitment to being a reliable team member.
