EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree or IPA Diploma in Hospital Administration or other related discipline is required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
No required experience with Bachelor’s Degree or one (1) year of related experience with IPA Diploma is required.

Responsibilities:
1.Continually monitors suppliers to ensure progress against purchase order is in line with agreed delivery time. Tracks deliveries from suppliers for purchase orders that are overdue or urgent.
2.Reviews requests for purchase or purchase orders for any discrepancy and compliance with prevailing policies and procedures. Provides technical advice to concerned buyers or requesting Department, as necessary.
3.Communicates with concerned end users or with vendors/suppliers to facilitate action on pending purchase orders. Prepares required forms or letters and other correspondence to address or resolve issues concerning a specific purchase order.
4.Coordinates with stores or other involved Hospital units to process rush orders.
5.Prepares change orders as required ensuring that these are in accordance with established policies and regulations of the Hospital and within the approved levels of authority.
6.Compiles records of all purchased orders processed. Provides assistance in the maintenance of comprehensive databases regarding vendors and suppliers for the entire Supply Chain Management.
7.Assist in monitoring performance of vendors/suppliers vis-à-vis timeliness of delivery and provides required information regarding vendors and suppliers based on existing records.
8.Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
9.Participates in self and other’s education, training, and development, as applicable.
10.Performs any other related duties as assigned.
