OB SUMMARY

As an Expedition Employee at our client, you will play a key role in the final stage of the logistics process—preparing goods for shipment to customers. You will be responsible for checking, packaging, labeling, and organizing outgoing shipments, ensuring that every order leaves the warehouse complete, on time, and with the correct documentation.
You will work closely with the logistics and production teams and be an essential link in ensuring smooth and accurate deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in logistics, expedition, or warehouse operations
• Accuracy and attention to detail in order processing
• Forklift license (advantage)
• Basic computer skills (booking shipments, printing labels)
• Good communication skills in English or Dutch (minimum A2 level)
• Proactive and responsible attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
• Team player with a hands-on mentality

• Prepare and pack outgoing goods according to order and transport requirements
• Check and verify shipments for completeness and accuracy
• Label, weigh, and document shipments
• Book transport and prepare delivery documents (SAP, Exact, or similar systems)
• Load goods onto trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
• Communicate with transport companies and internal departments
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the expedition area
