Morbark LLC located in Winn, Michigan is looking for an Expiditor.  Morbark LLC offers competitive compensation and a variety of benefits including: * Health, Dental and Vision Insurance * 401k Plan with company match * Profit Sharing * Paid Vacation and Sick time * Paid Holidays * Tuition reimbursement Qualifications The Parts & Distribution Analyst / Expeditor manages and accelerates the flow of parts and materials information throughout the supply chain while supporting customer parts orders and requests with accurate product and technical details. This role works closely with purchasing, customer service, and inventory control to ensure timely deliveries, strong communication, and high customer satisfaction. The Analyst is responsible for tracking order status, reporting on stock levels, and driving continuous improvement in parts availability and overall responsiveness.   Essential Functions of the Job: * Act as the primary contact between Sales/Customer Service, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure clarity on order status, timing, inventory needs, and production requirements. * Process customer parts orders with accuracy and efficiency * Facilitate smooth information flow and help resolve issues that impact on customer delivery performance. * Communicate timely and clear updates to appropriate audience regarding order status, delays, or required action items. * Identify orders at risk of missing the due date and proactively communicate recovery plans. * Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Assist with product return (RMA) activities as needed. * May be asked to support additional assignments or activities across the department or organization as needed.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s): * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software needed to check purchase orders and maintain purchasing records. * Ability to analyze and interpret order and inventory data. * Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Education and Experience: * Associate’s Degree or higher * Lead 6S certification preferred * Demonstrated history of implement and controlling standard work, lean principles and 6S     Working Conditions: * Must be able to work extended hours when required. * Travel is minimal. * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.   Notes:   The above information is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees within this classification.  It is not intended to be construed as a comprehensive list of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications of employees so classified.
