Who we are looking for This role is responsible for end‑to‑end expense analytics, accrual validation, variance analysis, and management commentary across TPS – Market data, Sub custody and other license costs. The role supports preliminary, month‑end, quarter‑end, and regulatory cycles, partnering closely with FP&A, GAO, Operations, and CFO teams to deliver accurate, timely, and decision‑ready insights. The incumbent will play a critical role in expense governance, savings tracking, volume and market analytics, and executive‑level reporting. What you will be responsible for TPS Expense & Accrual Management Prepare and review TPS outlook, budget, and MYF calculations. Deliver monthly variance analysis vs Budget/MYF . Prepare volume and market driven variance analysis at monthly, quarterly, and YTD levels. Review all accounts in TPS and prepare a mgmt. deck monthly summarizing the expense, drivers, risks/opportunities. Analyze market data expenses, including FITS, Bloomberg PSDL, and related allocations. Support TPS accounting calls by preparing summaries, insights, and follow‑up analysis. Support CCAR and regulatory expense reviews related to Sub custody Executive & Management Reporting Prepare inputs for EC Flash Decks covering Global Delivery, Corporate Functions, Bankwide, and Total views. Produce quarter‑end variance driver summaries for Products and FP&A consumption. Support monthly Subcustodian overview packages, distribution, and review meetings. Ensure commentary is accurate, concise, and aligned with CFO expectations. Stakeholder Engagement & Controls Partner with FP&A, GAO, Operations, and CFO teams to resolve data issues and explain drivers. Participate in Subcustodian Savings Review, DTC/FED accrual review, and governance forums. Ensure strong controls, documentation, and audit readiness across all deliverables. Support firmwide initiatives such as FMU playbooks and transformation exercises. Education & Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Finance, Expense Analytics, FP&A. Prior State Street experience is an advantage. Strong hands‑on experience with accruals, variance analysis, and management reporting Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Oracle, Power BI, and financial data sets Experience working across monthly, quarterly, and regulatory cycles Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights Are you the right candidate?
