FP&A is a contributor to the Firm's CCAR process. - Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm - Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment - Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them - Act as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards - Analyze the global corporate real estate portfolio expense and present recommendations to leadership to improve financials and highlight savings opportunities. - Support strategic decision making by providing in-depth financial analysis on complex real estate transactions including sale/leaseback, dispositions, consolidations, acquisitions, renewals, and subleases. - Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment - Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and acknowledge efforts of team members - Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences, and create plans to mitigate those risks - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or related business field - At least 8 years relevant experience would be generally expected to find the skill level for this role. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, ability to drill through to root cause of issues. - Expert level knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to easily synthesize data for reporting to senior management. - Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams - proven flexibility, adaptability, and reliability. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $155,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
