Complete GA administration and operations: a) Office Management:        a. Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring that workspaces are wellmaintained.        b. Managing office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure needs.        c. Organizing internal events, meetings, and employee welfare programs b) Facility Management:d. Coordinating maintenance and repair of office facilities.e. Ensuring safety protocols are in place (fire drills, emergency exits, etc.).f. Managing relationships with third-party vendors for facility services. c)Document Management:g. Organizing and overseeing filing systems (physical and digital).h. Handling confidential documents and ensuring compliance with dataprotection regulations.i. Managing internal and external communication channels, including mail,emails, and correspondence. d)Compliance & Regulatory Support:j. Assisting in compliance with local regulations and internal policies.k. Ensuring that office operations align with the bank’s standards and industryregulations. 2. Payments: Processing Timely Payments of Expenses, Salary, TDS, GST, PF,NPS:a) Checking and processing of Invoices,b) Ensuring correctness of invoices and timely Payment.c) Maintaining Auditable records of all the payments.d) Sending confirmations of payment to respective PIC.   3. Making Of Regular Reports:a) TDS monthly Report.b) Entertainment and memento Reports.c) Travel Expense Reportd) Monthly Budget adjustment report. 4. Budgeting and Expense Controls:a) Analysis of NPE every month.b) Preparation of budget Projections.c) Review of Budget and Shifting (as and when) 5. Compliance:a) Handling the Audits pertaining the GA.b) Attending all SMBC Online Compliance Trainings.6. Support HRD.7. Support FAD.8. Any other task / responsibility assign by the branch management
