This position is responsible for reviewing, auditing and processing expense reports globally.  Responsibilities: * Ensures all domestic and international expense reports are processed timely and accurately * Possesses a strong understanding of travel and expense policy and ensure compliance * Ensures all expense reports include the proper receipts and documentation * Performs monthly audits and report findings to senior leadership * Works closely with all travelers to assist with travel or expense questions * Handles timely set up of new cards, cancels credit cards and adjusts credit limits * Completes closing deadlines including reconciliations
Responsibilities
The Expense Report Coordinator is responsible for auditing, processing, and ensuring the accuracy of domestic and international expense reports. They also manage corporate credit card administration and provide support to travelers regarding expense policies.
