Responsibilities
  • Manage, verify, and process employee expense claims and timesheets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and submission deadlines.
  • Ensure correct VAT treatment is used.
  • Maintain accurate records of expense and timesheet submissions.
  • Assist employees with expense and timesheet queries.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the finance department.
  • Collaborate with departments for timely processing.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in submissions.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks in the Project Accounting team.
